      The entity treats its employees with smoke and mirrors as it relates to the status and security of individual jobs and the people who hold those positions.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
