      Pros

      The pay was decent not great, but about average, the benefits offered also were not too bad, again not the greatest but much better than nothing.

      Cons

      My contract ended with the contracted company, Compucom said that they will look for alternate placement, after being laid off, never heard from them again

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
