      Work Life Balance - Ok Office timing - Depends on project but usually in US hours

      Cons

      For me it was weekend shifts as I was continuously on call for all weekends due to less people in my team

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
