Business Outlook
Pros
Good company to get exposure through. They have very good benefits in the form of vacation days and are very good with their expense coverage. I've never had an issue with them paying for trips they've sent me for. Health insurance benefits are fairly weak but the vision benefits are incredible.
Cons
In the four years I've been with the company they have never offered a raise. They have also systematically avoided reviews. The one holiday bonus we were given was a fifteen dollar gift card to Amazon.com.
