Pros
I enjoy my job at Compunet a lot. I go into work, do the same thing almost everyday independently, and go home. The only changes have to do with machines but it doesn't impact my mood while working overall at all. I love most of my coworkers and they always answer my questions when I have them. I get breaks and their breakroom has a variety of choices and kitchenware to use. I enjoy going into work every weekday and hope to work there for as long as possible.
Cons
The only complaints I have are about the machine and a few coworkers, some coworkers drift around and don't stay at their desk doing work and prevent others from working. Related to this, some workers will not help out on production when they've been assigned something else despite production being backed up. It sucks to be one of the few people on production with a ton of baskets to do and see people sit at their desks doing nothing because they're on a different position. As for the machine, it constantly has problems and goes down in different spots almost daily. It isn't our faults, however, it can get really annoying. I don't let it affect me for long though.
