Pros

timely pay, approachable senior management folks and nice people in sales and recruiting.

Cons

immigration and legal department lack knowledge and put blame on the employee if there is any mess up in visa. HR department has lesser clue on what the immigrant visa holders basic requirements.

Amazing team to work with for all issues regarding immigration, IT support, and individual requirements. Overall no issues, they also help with other placements in-case there are issues with the current project you are on.

Not enough webinars/events/engagements for contract employees on clients

Pathetic company it's a trap

Pros

You will get a project for sure.

Cons

1. Even though they are saying we are very transparent in the pay policies, lot of information are hidden. 2. The recruiters are so selfish. At the end of the day their job should be done they will sacrifice employee’s rights and benefits. 3. No leave policy at all. You have to work till your death. Otherwise loss of pay when you take any sick leave. 4. They will make you work even if you don’t like the project at all.
