Unprofessional Organization - Anonymous employee Compunnel Employee Review

Compunnel is the most unprofessional staffing company with whom I've ever worked. To start, the HR person said she doesn't have time to listen to her voicemail, you just have to keep calling back. They don't understand the roles they are trying to fill. And they only offer very low pay compared to the market. They don't have any standard process management or controls. I was constantly getting phone calls from people I didn't know, who didn't leave any information or even last names. And the questions were ones I had previously answered to others. This is a standard India offshore team who demonstrate very little, if any professionalism. Be prepared to have to micro-manage them to get any done.
