Pros

Challenging as a payroll person but I am extremely satisfy as I accept all the challenges also deliver with 100% accuracy in a hectic schedule time.

Cons

If anyone already very responsible for his works as well as another team mates works then don't teach him to be responsible because it's frustrating.
