Work culture is not good. Hiring managers and recruiters make false promises and avoids you once you join the project saying “Sorry, it must be a misunderstanding or miscommunication from our side” So please make sure that you have everything in email and don’t trust a single word from recruiter or hiring manager about your rate or additional benefits.

Amazing team to work with for all issues regarding immigration, IT support, and individual requirements. Overall no issues, they also help with other placements in-case there are issues with the current project you are on.

Pathetic company it's a trap

You will get a project for sure.

Cons

1. Even though they are saying we are very transparent in the pay policies, lot of information are hidden. 2. The recruiters are so selfish. At the end of the day their job should be done they will sacrifice employee’s rights and benefits. 3. No leave policy at all. You have to work till your death. Otherwise loss of pay when you take any sick leave. 4. They will make you work even if you don’t like the project at all.
