Pros
Macro Managed not Micro. Great place to learn time management, new skills and team building. Self starter environment. I always felt as part of a team even at a remote location. Management has their priorities straight and family always came first.
Cons
Can be a lack of communication at times. Path for growth was always a bit cloudy. Training of systems could always use improvement.
