Pros
I've been in this job less than a year but I've already experienced the warmth and friendliness that is so widespread within Computer Aided Test. I truly enjoy my job, partly because I have a lot of great people to gain experience from and that often go out of their way to help me when needed. That's not something I've seen much of in the past, having worked for other small and even large corporations. My accepting this job with CATI ranks right up there as one of the best business decisions I've ever made! I enjoy the people, my management, the company and the products we have to sell. I frankly could not have asked for a better job.
Cons
So far, the only things I can think of are so petty I would be embarrassed to even mention them. I really do not have any issues with this company and/or its policies.
