Pros

Very casual work environment. Hilarious people to work with. Everyone is very supportive, always willing to help. Very flexible. Great benefits and very supportive upper management. Also the coffee is strong and delicious.

Cons

Direct boss was located in a remote office. Even though he was very reachable, I only saw him a handful of times. I was located at headquarters but could see being located in a remote office as troublesome to some people.
