Pros
The best pro was quitting.
Cons
The upper management always is playing the blame game trying to figure out when something goes wrong how to pin the mistake on a lower level employee. Because it’s impossible that anyone in upper management ever makes mistakes so it has to be one of the lower level employees. Then you will be placed into a retraining internment camp and be given a write up. They tell the technicians if they are not all up to date with certifications the technician will be punished and sent home the biggest portion of this that puts a salty taste in the mouth is they never gave us time to actually get our certifications. I can recall plenty of nights staying awake until midnight working in certifications just to wake up and need to be at work again in the next 6 hours. Prepare to be be littled and be left with a lot of open ended promises. For example if you make it to premium service provider we will buy you guys a new fridge for the break room. We made it to premium service provider and we never got a new fridge for the break room which was promised on numerous occasions so had to constantly empty the leaking rusty water out of the fridge where we stored our food so the employees didn’t have to deal with rust water getting into their food.
