I worked at Comrise first as an intern, and then was converted to a full-time employee shortly after graduation with a really nice compensation package, a great commission structure and benefits. Comrise taught me several things including my recruitment skills, strategic thinking, sales skills, situational problem solving and communication skills. Comrise partners all their new employees with a mentor as a resource for any questions, concerns, and guidance you may need for a role. My mentor was AMAZING; he taught me the business, the company values and how to make me the best at my job as I can be. However, everyone in the company is a resource, and are always there to help with a smile on their faces! The management and higher level executives are always there for advice, and genuinely want you to succeed. They offer one on one sessions on how to improve your productivity, and are willing to offer any resources to make sure you reach your goals. It really is an amazing place to be and work! Comrise offers that family feeling for all their employees, including their consultants. They invest so much time and effort into ensuring a positive, engaging and rewarding work experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Comrise as an employer, a client, or help with any business development!
