      I initially experienced a notably friendly working environment with numerous pros. However, the dynamics have shifted, and while it had many more positives before, there's not much to highlight currently in terms of standout features.

      Cons

      From a business standpoint, the absence of a specialized business channel is evident; their staffing services span various industries, yet none are particularly noteworthy. As for the company culture, it's a micro-management nightmare, fueling an absurdly high turnover rate. No 401K match, and the health insurance coverage is painfully basic.
