Pros

Great PTO Policy Decent 401k, Health Insurance Most Lower Level Managers Are (Were?) Good Fairly High Salaries

Cons

Most of high level management has one foot out the door, particularly those who ran the company into the ground. I'm talking the C-level guys Massive accounting scandal Random layoffs and reorgs Unless you're in the in crowd you're literally a cog in the wheel here If you are great at shmoozing or are already in with higher up team members you'll be good. If you're working as a mercenary and know how to negotiate your salary you can clean up here. If you're looking for a company to actually have any positives about besides your paycheck, look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We want to start off by letting you know that we take feedback very seriously and share these insights with senior leaders. We appreciate you pointing out both the pros and cons of your experience. We recently restructured our business to drive greater success, including the appointment of a new Chief Product Officer and Chief Information and Technology Officer. We are confident these changes will lead to an even stronger focus on quality, efficiency, and timely delivery - more success for everyone here at the company.

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
