Pros

- Work-Life Balance - Managers are communicative, but sometimes they don't know all the answers - due to lack of direction from higher-ups - Don't like your teammates/manager - wait for 6 months, there will be a re-org.

Cons

- Constant Stress, if you have a job next day - Same annual increment, for the most hard working and the worst employee of the company. - Certain leadership have been with the company for less than 1 year. They don't understand the history of the company, nor why products/systems are designed the way it is. They have been picking people to layoff. - Reorgs, that make no sense. VPs are begin asked to report to Directors. - Engineering team, is almost left with no engineers, only managers. - SVPs make a strong statements at the town-hall, next month they turn around and do the exact opposite - Lots of favoritism begin shown to some employees. - Constant layoffs (3 in 2 quarters of 2019) - No retention plans, even for essential employees. - Tech Stack is outdated

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
