Pros

Great people, cool clients, middle mgmt likes to party

Cons

terrible uncaring leadership, layoffs every few months, you may show up to work one day with all of your work accounts deactivated and a 9 am meeting with HR to let you know you're laid off - and your manager and your manager's manager had 0 clue so everyone's looking for you all day and have to reach out to you via facebook to see if you were kidnapped. Also for the love of god check the stock prices and media headlines before you jump on this sinking ship

We appreciate you taking a moment to provide feedback about your time with Comscore. We agree Comscore has great people and very cool clients; the work we do is innovative and unique. We are disappointed that you did not have a positive experience. (Although it sounds like you had some good times, also!) Like many companies, we had to make some difficult cost management decisions. Some were painful, but necessary; all together, they made it possible for us to weather a pandemic year with very little impact to employees. Even so, we appreciate your feedback on the experience you had - we are always committed to learning and doing better. Please feel free to reach out to HR@comscore.com with any additional feedback.

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
