      Your disposable and they let you know it Instead of giving you training or a raise they hire outside talent. Everyone already has hand picked favorites and it runs deep.

      Made some really good friends.

      Cons

      Can’t get a pay raise on your scheduled date. CEO is all over the place, can’t prioritize anything. Middle management don’t know how to manage.
