They hustle you like crazy during the initial hiring. A total of two phone calls before I got my offer, and they expected a response immediately. They left out key aspects of the job and didn't even know where I would be working out of, yet my pay was contingent on where I worked. Really? No structure for raises, reviews, anything like that. I'm either going to get a raise or I'll be gone when my year hits, I can say that much.
