Communication is horrible. Nobody cares about deadlines as long as it not 2 hours before submission. The management team is awful, was in the company less than a month and was not working as they had to. Were not interested in what people need. Focus only on their well being. Salary is the lowest when you ask for an increase they will fire you two days after. In the beginning, they will promise you support but in fact, fire you without notice and without explanation just to avoid a lawsuit. You also will be required to work overtime and will not be compensated for that.
