I have not seen any pros in all my time here. I'll surely update this section if I come across any in the future.

Cons

IT WAS A SMALL COMPANY WITH A TERRIBLE AMBIANCE where the top management didn't care about the employees. Things were so disorganized that it FELT LIKE CHAOS, OR WORSE, A CIRCUS AT TIMES. The work hours were always long and stressful. I was exhausted from all the work I was supposed to do and never looked forward to going to the office. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT didn't get involved. Instead, they PREFERRED TO AVOID THE PROBLEMS the company was facing. I was tired of the horrible ambiance and quit. BEWARE!
