Zero communication, awful leadership - Business Analyst Comtech, LLC Employee Review

There's zero communication from the management. It's extremely difficult to reach out to the managers to ask for solutions to some issues we face. They only reach out to us when giving us tasks. But when it comes to giving us support, they are mostly absent. The leadership is simply awful. You won't get any help or guidance from them. They are only here to give out orders and nothing else.
