You are expected to tolerate all kinds of verbal abuse as long as you take as many calls as you can. Scheduling You are at the mercy of the company. It's based on seniority so you almost never get what you wanted first pick. The Union The union was great when i first came in 6 years ago but everyone is burnt out and they just dont care about protecting the employee anymore with the company hr dept and lawyers breaking down their necks.
