Pros
-Amazing 401k program, best I've ever seen. -Interesting and recognizable brands -Tuition Reimbursement -My team is great -Opportunity to gain cross functional experience if you seek it out
Cons
-There is absolutely no culture. You are just another cog in the machine. We receive nothing for the holidays, no holiday party, not even so much as a card from CEO. -Team exceeded prior years goals during COVID, yet still forced to come back to office four days a week despite the request to work remotely. In office nobody speaks to each other (again no culture), you are truly there just so senior leadership can see you in your seat. -Forced to come back four days a week even though c-level leadership lives across the country with no plans of moving. -Claims to value diversity yet doesn't give MLK's Birthday off. Diversity & Inclusion manager left without even a year on the job. -Claims to value change but remote working isn't even a thought in their minds. -Very minimal holidays off, you can expect to work Christmas Eve if you don't use a PTO day -For a foodservice company, there are no "perks" of working at CAG. They very rarely offer free product. Even a small annual stipend to spend on product would increase morale.
