      Pros

      Great place,fast pace, great people. Their structure is truly one to immolate--they care about their patients.

      Cons

      numbers driven, goals need to be met, clinics compete against one another for stats. Some clinics operate on weekends, so work life balance is sometimes a problem.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
