      Pros

      The Grassroots Marketing that the company created was a great effort to get to know their client base.

      Cons

      The grassroots effort really didnt get much love from the clinic or the executive level. Hard to get the organization to see the value in the program.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
