      Pros

      Concentra is alright for 20 to mid 30 y/o to gain experience in the medical field. There is not alot of growth BUT if you are willing to learn and relocate there are opprotunites. Upper management in the southern region is pretty cool.

      Not a lot of room to advance Can be overwelming at times

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
