      Pros

      Exposure to many injuries and primary care issues; hands on care; great working environment between medical doctors and DO's and mid level providers as well

      Cons

      Not as much credit when accomplishments are achieved; requests to better clinic environment and staff satisfaction not met with much response

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
