      Pros

      I got to interact with some awesome Veterans. I learned a lot from the Veterans.

      Cons

      Management has not idea. Management does NOT care about their employees. I would never recommend anyone taking a job with this company. Veterans (patients) should come first and should not be referred to "As the bread and butter". Veterans deserve respect and good care.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
