      Pros

      Range of different shifts. Thorough training. Management was always kind and helpful.

      Cons

      Training is rigorous and you'll lose half your training class by the end of it all due to them not keeping up.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
