      Pros

      Lots of different things to learn for MA/X-Ray techs, good place to get experience.

      Cons

      Low salary, you get .25 cents raise per year so negotiating your starting salary is SUPER important, and it is negotiable no matter what the COD tells you.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
