Great way to gain Experience in many parts of the field especially being straight out of school..
Cons
The management team at least at the location I was working, They didn’t treat you right morally and ethically, company was bought over servial times yet things always got worse for employees, lots of cuts meant more load of work, no increase in pay.. The way they spoke to employees as if they had no choice, what they said was what needed to be done even if it was a last Minotaur change.. expect your work to be done even if you have absolutely no help and short staffed.. the management team can see you struggling with the work load and not lend a helping hand, what they like to do is critizes your work and micro manage..
