      Love some of the people I work with

      Management. Haven't received a raise, let alone any sort of positive feedback from anyone I work with. There is no such thing here. The company as a whole may be great, but this branch is an absolute nightmare. Do not work here.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
