Pros
At first you are told there is room for growth and advancement in the company. Don't believe it. They will not promote you. They do not promote from within. Every new COD is a brand new employee.
Cons
The management is absolutely horrible. They over work you, and don't want to pay you for it. Every center is extremely under staffed, and they aren't willing to hire anyone else and expect you to do the work of 5 employees at once. Upper management will treat you like garbage. No matter how good of a job you're doing, it's never good enough. They will criticise you in front of patients and make a fool of you. This company is a disgrace the way they treat their employees. Turn over is so high due to the way management treats you. My two weeks have been put in. Do yourself a favor, and don't apply here.
