Pay below going rate for radiographers. Insurance sucks. The company says its all about patient care and your site is graded on it, but it's really about the all mighty dollar. If your site revenue is less than the year before then everyone gets hours cut and therefore patient wait times are longer and patient care suffers because less workers. They have made the possibility of bonuses harder to earn and cutting workers has made it worse. These rule and budget makers have never cared for a patient and set really unrealistic goals and don't let you have the supplies needed to reach the goals.
