Pay can be on the low side Can easily put in too many hours if you don't watch yourself Provider relations can be challenging Staffing for extended hour centers Processes have not yet been consistent around the company, but this is being addressed- will be fixed in the next year. Many times you will do things "out of the job description" like, working at the front desk even though you are a manger. Firing people can be a long process that needs a lot of written documentation
