Pros
It's a job..........I guess. Get ready to work for free.
Cons
Management is horrible. There is an extreme micro-management culture that is exhausting to the employees. Took advantage of the Covid 19 event to screw their employees out of pay. My team was full of workers that had claimed certain areas of work for their own and refused to do anything else. They were VERY protective of those areas and would let you know in a not so nice way. This company is run by a typical greed stricken, untrusting group of old men. They only care about profits and nothing else. Zero patient care consideration, like pretty much every other healthcare company these days. Salaried employees are forced to work on call after hours for no extra pay. They also expect you to do all your actual work after hours for free, as your day will be full of meetings with multiple departments blaming other departments for project failures. Project management is a joke, and will set you up to fail 90% of the time.
