      Pros

      Good pay, easy EMR documentation, good bonus structure, if you want to work yourself to death for it.

      Cons

      Stressful and hectic working conditions. Encouraged to see same day evaluations of patients that are not on the schedule. No techs or aides. Also, Concentra seems much more interested in helping the medical side than the physical therapist section. Benefits are expensive

      Great benefits. PTO coverage is great.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
