Pros
A consistent routine and repetitive work. Patients make the day even better, and interacting with them through their healing process reminds you why you went into the healthcare field in the first place.
Cons
Your ability to do work or even enjoy your job depends on your managers, aka CODS. If you have a great COD then work will be great, alas some of them want nothing to do with anything other than the bottom line and keeping time. Also very high employee turnover rate at certain locations, mostly due to being overworked and hardly paid for it.
