      Pros

      1. Good amount of PTO and sick-leave. 2. Team-oriented center. 3. Fixed 8 a.m. -5 p.m. schedule (no evenings).

      Cons

      1. Metrics heavy and workload could get quite busy. 2. You are expected to take walk-over initial injuries and human performance evaluations on top of a busy schedule. 3. Lack of adequate staffing at some locations means that sometimes you are on your own handling multiple roles.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
