      401. Annual raises based on performance after self review and review with leadership. Flexible. 8-5 Monday-Friday. LTD, STD, medical and dental. Tuition reimbursement if it applies to Concentra. Opportunity to learn different roles. Fast-paced. Fantastic center director.

      Duo-roles. Holiday’s paid by using PTO.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
