      The benefits were good and reasonable. A lot of friendly employees and most were a pleasure to work with

      stressful, patient volume is not equivalent to the FTE approved count. Advancing your career is all about who you know and not how you perform/experience.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
