      Good hours and no weekends

      The company cares more about paying new hires vs people that have actually worked at the company long term. They just want good patient scores and don’t particularly care as much about the employee.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
