      Pros

      Colleagues are the only reason why people stay

      Cons

      Horrible SW FL market leadership. Everyone from top to bottom should be let go. If corporate knew how they speak to colleagues they would be fired. Micromanaged 100% of the time. NPR numbers are skewed to only allow a certain center to be the lead. I have not seen the CEO once since I worked here. Clearly, that tells you something. Do yourself a favor, and move on to better employers who care.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
