      Pros

      Good work hours. You can have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      They hire you for one position but then cross train you and load you with a lot of work without additional compensation. Will work you like a dog if you let them.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
