      Pros

      Good fellow employees. Competitive compensation. Centralized location. Competitive benefits. It has been bought get by Select Medical from Humana. It does not seem to affect the employees

      Cons

      CBOC is a contract employer for the VA. Contract was not renewed so we are having to work until contract ends

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
