Pros
When management is not involved things go well. But there incompetence creates many many problems
Cons
Let me provide an example of a type of problem that will happen on a weekly basis. Lets say your supervisor gives you a consent form to have patients sign. A month later you will be contacted "Why are you using that form, thats not the right form?" and you will reply "You gave it to me?" Management will not have answers to any of your questions. They are the most incompetent clueless people I have ever worked for. There will be 4-5 supervisors you will deal with and they are all clueless. They WILL throw you under the bus if something goes wrong. I went above and beyond for this company and I got burned for it. The key to succeeding at concentra is to fly under the radar. Do the bare minimum and do NOT create waves.
