Pros
Previous management and direction of organization. Under previous leadership, center was thriving and clients were overall pleased with the service received.
Cons
Current leadership. Area ops directors are thrown into positions due to re-organization, not because they are good leaders and deserve to be there. Expectations surrounding turn around times are unrealistic. Leadership is more concerned with placing a time limit on providing the service rather than providing good service. Leaders in the organization are demeaning and talk down to center directors. Providers are scarce so locums who should not be practicing medicine are thrown into centers to cover when they have no occupational medicine experience and/or are not board certified.
