Management isn't the best, as well as the team you work with. They will not promote you even though you've proved your part. They expect you to go above & beyond without paying you more. They also do not offer overtime. This job can be stressful because patients/doctors/adjusters/nurses use you as a punching bag. This position deals with workers comp insurance, so if you don't have a good understanding of this it may be difficult for you. You will need to have the ability to multi-task as you're dealing with a hundred cases.
